We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase, however in the event that you should wish to return an item to us for any reason, we offer a 30 day (from the day your order is delivered) full refund back to your original form of payment return policy.
All items must be returned in their original unused/unworn saleable condition for a full refund and with any and all original packaging including tags, boxes, gift bags, earring backs, wallets, straps to receive full refund. We do not accept returns of worn items.
Original shipping charges if any are non refundable.
Customers are responsible for return postage. Please ensure all items are properly insured as we are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged by carrier.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt with refunds issued within 3 days to the original form of payment.
Any damaged/defective/ or items returned as a result of HW Collection error are fully refundable or replaced if possible after item is returned to us with prepaid label provided by HW Collection as long as we are contacted.
