Shipping

Q. When will I receive my item?
A. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our free ground shipping option includes either USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or UPS Ground shipping options which will usually arrive in 5-7 business days. If you would like a faster shipping option you can upgrade to expedited which uses USPS Priority Mail shipping option which will usually arrive in 3-5 business days.

Q. Has my order shipped?
A. You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. At this time we only offer free USPS shipping. Most of our items are offered for sale on our ebay store which can be shipped internationally using the ebay global shipping program.

Q. My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
A. Contact us immediately so we can work with our shipping carriers and set up for the item to either be returned to us, replaced, or fully refunded.

Q. The tracking information shows my order was delivered but I have not received it.
A. Contact us immedately so we can work with our shipping carriers to either locate the packge, replace or refund your order.

Q. What is your return policy?
